- Information you provide — when you submit our discovery, creator-network, or project-inquiry forms, we collect your name, company or handle, contact number, email address, and any message you include.
- Scheduling information — if you book a call through Calendly (we link out to it; it is not embedded on this site), Calendly processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
- Usage information — basic technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, which may be collected by our hosting provider or analytics, if enabled.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
- To match creators with relevant, paid campaign opportunities.
- To communicate with you about your project, application, or booking.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website.
3. How your information is stored
Form submissions are recorded in our secure Google Workspace (Google Sheets) and may be processed by tools we use to manage leads and communications. We retain this information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, scheduling, email, and spreadsheet tools), and only as needed for them to perform their function. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Cookies and third-party embeds
Our site may link to third-party services (such as Calendly) and load third-party video players that can set their own cookies. These are governed by the respective providers' privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at office@echolabs.net.in and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and creators aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
